Mortgages and Mortgage Loans

Filed under: Real Estate Hall — admin at 1:51 pm on Monday, March 31, 2008

Mortgage loans are readily available to homebuyers wanting to purchase a home and mortgages are available through several different lending agencies. Mortgage loans are now being promoted online with the Internet, as the Internet has brought a broad market of mortgages into an individual’s choices in mortgage loans. There are different mortgage loans with different terms and interest rates, and finding the right mortgage loan for you and your family can take some time, but with the vast amount of information online, consumers can easily access the current interest rates and find the best mortgage loans for their individual circumstances.

There are mortgage loans today that are designed to practically custom fit homebuyers. There are FHA mortgages available for first time homebuyers, and FHA mortgages offer minimum qualification requirements. There are also interest only mortgages existing and an interest only loan is perfect for the homebuyer whose income is dependent on sales or future territory growth markets. There are second mortgages that loan monies based on home equities and there are conventional mortgages that offer low interest rates with no closing costs or points. And, with low interest rates, refinancing mortgages loans have become very popular with homeowners as well.

To find the best-suited mortgage loans, consumers can browse online and discover the many different classes of mortgages available. With research and time, a consumer can discover the current interest rate, forecasts about the future housing markets, and which mortgage companies are offering the best in closing costs and points. Consumers with poor credit histories or even a bankruptcy will find a mortgage company online that is willing to make mortgage loans to those who have been denied before. Mortgage loans online are the newest and most competitive market and consumers can take advantage of the competition by comparison shopping.

Looking into mortgage loans means that an individual, or couple, or family is considering owning a home of their own. This can be very exciting, as plans are made to move in and enjoy living in a home. But, getting mortgages can be stressful and with so many mortgage options, there can also be confusion. Take the time to pray about your decisions and choices, asking God to guide you in all decisions made. “Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

Binocular Trends and Technology

Filed under: Infos — admin at 11:51 am on Monday, March 31, 2008

There have been some incredible developments in optical technology in recent years. One of the most interesting new products comes from a company called Torrey Pines Logic. It has been developed in partnership with the United States Navy, and it is currently being field tested for use in Iraq and beyond. It is called LightSpeed, and it just might revolutionize battlefield communications.

The new device, developed with funding from the Office of Naval Research, is a short-range communications tool that will allow soldiers to talk on a secure channel up to two miles away, simply by looking at one another. It uses infrared to transmit audio and video data, and connects to a standard pair of binoculars. It employs the use of optical lenses to amplify the audio and video signals.

Soldiers in the field can connect headphones and a microphone to the binoculars to speak to one another, so long as they are both using the same device. The great thing about LightSpeed is that it is considerably more secure than traditional lasers or radio. Furthermore, it is extremely low power. This is important because it is less susceptible to being picked up and monitored by the other side. While it is intended for short range, line-of-sight communications, it has proven to be highly versatile in the field.

One application that has showed incredible promise is during vessel boarding search and seizure. The device can be used to transmit biometric data of passengers back to the ship. It is also ideal as a secondary communications device during radio blackouts. LightSpeed is also being tested for use in communications between submarines and aircraft, explosive ordinance disposal, and unmanned aerial vehicle landings.

Although the technology behind the LightSpeed device has been around for some time, it was not until 2003 that it first came to the attention of the US Navy. It was discovered at a tradeshow by a Navy Commander, and submitted to the Office of Naval Research’s Tech Solutions department. ONR’s Tech Solutions is a program that allows Sailors and Marines to suggest potential solutions to technology challenges. LightSpeed received research and development funding from the ONR in 2004, and current field testing shows incredible promise.

Joseph Isn’t Jewish!

Filed under: Universe Of Religion — admin at 8:27 am on Monday, March 31, 2008

My sojourn at Kibbutz Ramat Yohanan, where I served as a kibbutz volunteer for five months in 1982-1983, blessed me with memories to cherish a lifetime. One of those experiences occurred immediately after our volunteers’ trip to the Golan Heights. While we were there, near the former Syrian bunker overlooking the Sea of Galilee, I spotted an eagle in the sky with a snake in its talons and pointed it out for all to stand in awe and ooh and aaah! I love God’s good creation.

While having breakfast with around 10 other people, all kibbutzniks except for one volunteer girl from France, in the kitchen of the matgeria - the chicken incubator where the eggs were stored, chicks hatched, then inoculated and sent to Europe (David, a Moroccan Jew, used to make the best shukshuka) - I used my very limited Hebrew to mention how the volunteers had just visited Ramot HaGolan (the Golan Heights). I was very happy to have seen part of the biblical inheritance of shevet Menashe ben Yosef (the Tribe of Manasseh son of Joseph), especially since the descendants of Menashe today are Americans. I said, “Yosef lo Yehudi.” Joseph isn’t Jewish!

Immediately there was quite a stir, a conversational commotion, and I asked the French girl who spoke Hebrew what was going on. She said everybody was debating whether or not Joseph was Jewish. They all started to say to me, “You need to talk to Professor Karniel, you need to talk to Professor Karniel.” I said, “Who is Professor Karniel?” They informed me he was a professor at Haifa University who lived at Ramat Yohanan and that he knew his Bible. I said, “If he knows his Bible, then he’ll know the difference between Joseph and Judah.”

Just so happened Professor Tzvi Karniel’s wife was there and she said she would talk to her husband and arrange a date to meet. We met and Professor Karniel was most gracious and said he understood the difference between Joseph and Judah, but was curious why I believed Joseph isn’t Jewish. I explained why and gave him a copy of The United States and Britain in Prophecy by Herbert W. Armstrong and The Plain Truth magazine. He said his class was now discussing the story of Joseph, and knowing how God can work, I wouldn’t be surprised if he brought up what I said about the United States being the prophesied single GREAT NATION of Menashe (Gen. 48:19). He said I was welcome to return for further conversations.

I was also later invited for coffee and conversation to the kibbutz home of a widower who was present at the breakfast and appeared angrily adamant that Joseph was Jewish. God blessed our meeting as well.

Blessed be the God of Joseph and Judah! May the modern identity of our twelve tribes continue to be restored and the reconciliation process be fulfilled. I’m pleased to help in whatever way I can to let all know that, “I am Joseph your brother!”

The Many Advantages in Owning Silk Flowers

Filed under: Gardening Info — admin at 4:25 am on Monday, March 31, 2008

The silk flower is growing in popularity among young couples and families for many different reasons. Many event hosts or planners struggle over whether to choose fresh flowers or artificial flowers. Silk flowers are non-allergenic, will never wilt and can be maintained as keepsakes for years. There are many more positive effects in ordering or owning silk flowers.

1. Cost
Lots of people notice a considerable price range from real flowers to silk flowers. Artificial flowers can usually be found at any craft store and sometimes even your local dollar store. Most flowers range from $1.00 to $6.00 a stem. Keep in mind that some silk flowers can get pricey, but they are usually large, high-quality silk roses. There is a wide range in colors and types of flowers in silk. Some people argue that faux flowers have no scent, thereby losing some of the mood that they want to create at a ceremony. Use of perfumes or artificial scents can help minimize this short fall in compare to cut flowers. With a huge difference in price range, most believe that this difference is not worth the extra cost and time.

2. Durability
Silk flowers have an amazing economical value. They will not break or wilt when being handled or manipulated into an arrangement or bouquet. This could become a problem with fresh flowers, as they will wilt and discolor over a relatively short period of time. Artificial flowers can be made ahead of time which allows room to fix mistakes or the odd broken stem. This is also great when large volumes and long timelines for preparation are an issue. Silk flowers have a great shelf life. When your event is over, you can store your silk flowers as a keepsake and rekindle your memories of a good time and a job well done. Silk flowers do have an amazing advantage in this area.

3. Create same feeling/mood
Some bride’s-to-be or party planners fret about silk flowers looking fake. Some of this depends on the type of flower you chose. Today, silk flowers have looked more realistic than they ever have. Most flowers are easy to replicate and will provide you with a natural looking flower arrangement or bouquet.

4. Allergies
Everyone knows that allergies can be a pain. That’s why silk flowers are ideal for people with allergies. People with these symptoms can have silk flowers in their home, while still enjoying the wonders of nature. No need to worry about that stuffy nose and runny makeup with silk flowers.

Silk flowers are great for any occasion - weddings, birthdays, funerals and home and office decor. Faux flowers are very easy to take care of, inexpensive and create the same positive feeling that fresh, cut flowers would. For on-the-go decorators, silk flowers are perfect for not demanding attention like real flowers.

With all these advantages, silk flowers are defiantly an option in any special occasion or event in your life.

Simple Ways to Get Slim, Drop Cellulite and Increase Breast Size Without Surgery

Filed under: Cosmetics — admin at 8:20 pm on Sunday, March 30, 2008

Warning: Side effects may include increased energy, better mood, mental clarity, renewed health, and incredible self-esteem.

Whether you’re struggling with that last stubborn 10-20 pounds or considering gastric bypass surgery, this article is for you! You can achieve your beautification goals naturally and easily with the simple advice found in this article.

The problems many of us have encountered in losing weight have not been because we didn’t understand the basic physics of eating less and exercising more. It is because, no matter how hard we try, we have not been able to follow through. Cravings get in the way, and the sweets and fatty fried junk foods become irresistible.

It becomes a vicious cycle, we eat junk and then we find we don’t have enough energy to exercise. By overeating and exercising less than we should, weight loss becomes very difficult. The first thing to do is address the issue of cravings - and not through some artificial appetite suppressant.

Cravings are often a sign. The body is telling you something is out of balance. Cravings can be a signal of the early stages of a vitamin deficiency. The body can compel you to overeat as it seeks vital nutrients it is lacking. It’s ironic that we can eat so much and get so little nutrition while seeking to fill the gap by eating more lifeless, dead and nutrient depleted foods.

Ensuring that your body receives all the proper nutrition it needs makes weight loss far easier.

Getting the right nutrition with your diet can seem difficult. Your body needs a whole rainbow spectrum of nutrition, and you may only like red, orange and green.

Don’t despair - there is a quick and easy way to make sure you are getting all the nutrition your body needs to help eliminate your cravings. You need to eat and drink powerful superfoods!

Superfoods contain vital nutrients and powerful antioxidants. The number one superfood, according to Dr. Nicholas Perricone, is the Acai berry, which is a little known fruit of the Amazon rainforest. Number two is garlic.

Another very powerful superfood is Yerba Maté, a South American plant beverage. Like Acai, it contains many vital nutrients and antioxidants - in fact, it contains pretty much everything you’d see in a daily multivitamin, and then some more! Plant nutrients such as this are best ingested in their live natural state, making it a far superior source of nutrition than any vitamin supplement.

Yerba Maté has even been used as a food substitute due to its rich nutritional profile. It helps to eliminate feelings of hunger and gives the sensation of having had a full meal. Yerba Maté has been recognized for helping to lose weight.

Now that you are ingesting live superfoods such as Yerba Maté, garlic, and the potent Acai berry, you have addressed your body’s full spectrum of nutritional needs virtually effortlessly with a few simple foods. Your cravings are decreased and you are eating less, and more healthily. You also find that you have a lot more energy. This in turn helps you to exercise!

Exercise regularly, incorporating stretching, aerobics, and strength training. There are many various combinations you can tailor for your needs, such as Yoga, Tae Bo, and Pilates, or a traditional gym routine. Having incorporated superfood nutrition you will be amazed at how much more you can do than before. You will also notice enhanced results of the exercise you do, as superfoods like Acai and Yerba Maté will also help to increase your metabolism.

Now your cellulite will start to disappear! The combination of eating less and exercising more plus the powerful antioxidants help your body to detoxify and flush out the junk stored in your fat cells. As you stop eating junk, lose weight and tone up, your cellulite will naturally disappear.

While you’re losing weight, it’s very possible you will lose some fat from your bust! You’ll want to restore the fat - in the right places of course! Don’t resort to plastic surgery, you can save a lot of money, risk and danger by doing this yourself the natural way.

You may have heard of natural breast augmentation. It actually does work, as long as you are using the right product. Apply a powerful nutraceutical breast augmentation cream for 1-6 months. You can develop your breasts to the size you want them. Most women experience an increase of 1-2 cup sizes with the right product such as this:

Follow these simple steps to meet your beautification goals and find yourself healthy, glowing, stronger and more beautiful than ever before, inside and out.

Shipping Supplies For Your eBay Auction Business

Filed under: Auction Sales — admin at 10:52 am on Sunday, March 30, 2008

Auction supplies are clearly an expense and major consideration for an eBay auction business. Of course, the most critical supply is the item you are selling, but mailing supplies are necessary for every auction and their cost and supply must be figured into your overhead. If they are not, you might get a nasty surprise when you sit down to figure out your eBay profits at the end of the week.

The most basic supply is, of course, a box. Obviously packing begins with a box - but not just any old box. A shipping-type box is necessary because if you use a shoe box or some other flimsy box, you can be certain your package will be a disaster! Your customer will be quite peeved when her item arrives in pieces!

You will become a box-fanatic, like the rest of us. When you swoop into a store or home, with joy in your voice, the proprietor will foolishly assume that it is the merchandise you are exclaiming over! We’re just like the kids on Christmas day - dump the toy on the floor and play with the box! In other words, drooling over boxes is an occupational hazard.

Be aware that lots of merchants have boxes that you can have for free. You might become a scavenger at stores like WalMart, Linens & Things or Bed, Bath and Beyond. They have hundreds of boxes every week, and will often give them away to anyone who wants them.

If you are shipping really fragile items, two boxes are safest. The outer box should be a couple of inches larger than the inner one, to allow extra padding.

Padding for your packages: do you always need padding? Well … yes and no. I have sent a few tough books without padding. But sending grandma’s dishes unprotected is a recipe for disaster!

What kind of padding do you use?

* Newspaper is my padding of choice, because it is cheap and readily available. However, be careful because the ink can rub off on some objects and detract from their beauty. Wrap these kinds of items in plastic. Some auction users buy shredders and use the strips of paper as packaging.

* I hate those plastic peanuts, personally, but lots of people swear by them. They are an environmental disaster and the static electricity is terrible. Electronics manufacturers say to never pack computer and other kinds of equipment with peanuts, just because of the electric problem. Electrocuting your customers isn’t good business :-)

* The post office recommends popcorn (without butter and salt, of course - is that to keep us from eating it?) I like popcorn for packing, but you might not want to use it to go on safari because little critters might like it, too.

* Cut up cardboard can be very effective as packing material, but it is mighty tough to chop up.

* Padded envelopes are a popular choice, because they are so simple - just insert the whatever and mail. But, of course, they aren’t cheap. Whenever you receive anything in one of these envelopes, save them! (Are you thinking about all the envelopes you’ve thrown away?)

* Bubble wrap is the preferred favorite. It cushions objects so well (and it’s such fun to pop the bubbles!) Of course, it costs more than the the other materials, so always look for bargains on this valuable product and save every scrap you get.

And (big surprise) the best place to get bubble wrap, as well as other supplies, is on eBay. Today, for instance, I find 700 feet of 12″ wrap for $34.50.

By contrast, only 25 feet of 12 bubble wrap at Staples is $4.98 That means that 700 feet at Staples would cost $139.44. Whew … quite a saving.

Other necessary auction supplies include mailing tape, regular tape, scissors, labels and an easily legible marker.

I wrap everything in plastic bags, just for safety’s sake, so you might want some of those handy, too. One of my packages arrived damp and with the corner shredded (wonder where that box had been?) But, since I had wrapped the books and tapes in plastic, they were unharmed and the buyer was so appreciative.

Another precaution you might consider is to include an extra label inside the package, just in case. You don’t want your inventory sitting around one of those dead mail offices.

Auction supplies are like everything else in our eBay business that raises overhead: we must use wisdom and judgment so we can keep those expenses at bare minimum.

Sydney Johnston, the AUCTION QUEEN, was one of the original sellers on eBay and has been selling on eBay since the winter of 1996. She is the originator and teacher of the famous Auction Genius Course, a powerful 16 hour multi media seminar on the Internet that teaches her students how to sell on ebay.

Understanding Structured Settlements

Filed under: Credit Issues — admin at 8:46 am on Sunday, March 30, 2008

A structured settlement is usually an annuity set up for recipients of a financial award, normally due to litigation involving an injury or accident. If you are receiving periodic payments from a structured settlement or annuity, you may be interested to know that you can sell part or all of your remaining payments. Selling structured settlements is legal in all states.

You may need court approval in order to sell your payments, but it is your right to receive a lump sum of cash for your structured settlement if you so choose. Many people have found that the small monthly or periodic payments they are receiving are not enough to meet their financial needs or achieve their financial goals. Selling your structured settlement can give you the cash you need to realize your dreams.

You can use the cash for any reason you see fit. Remodeling, starting a business, college education, or any other reason you may have. You do not have to sell all your remaining payments. You can sell a certain number of payments, or you could sell a portion of each of your remaining payments.

You can contact the professional of your choice to help you analyze your situation and your needs, and determine how many payments you would like to sell. The large lump sum you receive in exchange can be a life-changing experience.

Selling your structured settlement is a simple process. You can apply online and a structured settlement expert who will give you an estimate of how much money you could receive in one large lump sum will contact you shortly.

Structured settlements often seem like a great idea until you realize that the small monthly payments do not make a big difference in your overall financial situation. Check into selling some or all of your remaining payments and you could have cash in your hand very soon.

Where are we in the latest real estate cycle?

Filed under: Real Estate Hall — admin at 1:44 am on Sunday, March 30, 2008

With the current economic expansion moving ahead in 2005, the key issue for real estate is: will the normal relationships between overall economic activity, demand for space, increasing demands for money, and rising levels of property development prevail as in past cycles?

Or will be unusual curt flood of capital into real property markets cause different cyclical outcomes?

In the normal business cycle, as the economy moves out of recession into expansion, growing levels of business activity raise demand for both money and commercial space. These increases put upward pressure on interest rates and occupancy levels in commercial space. Rising interest rates, plus current high vacancy rates and lower rental rates, continue to inhibit new commercial property construction. Also, investors are drawn away from real estate investments into competing asset forms such as stocks of successful companies.

These conditions produce only gradual absorption. Vacancies are falling and rates are stable or rising, but neither holding far enough to justify a new development, especially since interest rates rise along with other competing investments.

With the accelerating general expansion, increased competition for existing space drives vacancies lower and rates higher. Eventually, these changes stimulate developers to start a new construction projects, in spite of higher interest rates. This starts the development phase of the cycle. New projects start just as the overall business cycle peaks. Then with the expansion of available space, combined with an economic slowdown, the result is another overbuilt phase just as the economy slips back into a recession.

Presently most commercial markets are in the gradual absorption phase, with high levels of vacancies declining and rents stabilizing. Downtown office vacancy rates have dropped slightly while national industrial vacancy rates remain unchanged. However, bold office and industrial vacancies are more than double the lower rates they had in late 2000.

Consequently, new office construction dropped off. New industrial development also fell on. However, the demand to buy well-occupied properties of all types remain very high because of the flood of money going into real property investment.

Most experts predict this situation cannot last. Some claim rapidly rising interest rates will make a real estate less attractive to invest in and cause some values to fall. Others think with so much money still trying to invest in real estate that rising interest rates will not dampen investor enthusiasm.

Still others believe that the demand for property will not drop off unless the stock market makes dramatic increases. Enough uncertainty remains about world economic conditions to inhibit investor enthusiasm to get back into stocks. In addition, underlying market conditions are slowly improving, supporting positive investor attitudes toward real estate.

The flood of money has not stimulated a massive move into new property development which in the past would have happened if funds were available so easily. Also, the ability of real estate to pay cash incomes that are much higher than most stocks or bonds make property increasingly attractive to pension funds that are facing rising payouts and retiring baby boomers in need of good incomes.

Therefore, there may not be a near future call apps of real property values except in some condominium housing markets were speculative purchasing could lead to sudden shrinkage of occupancy. Today’s huge investor appetite for properties make this an ideal time to sell real estate. But these conditions will not last forever.

Interest rates will certainly increase in the near future with the Federal Reserve’s desire to raise rates combined with an increasing expansion in the overall economy. If current favorable borrowing conditions continue, more developers will be tempted to start building new projects that lead to another boom. That would undermine improving market conditions, as it has in the past, and may dampen investor demand for properties.

The moral: when the sun is shining, you better make hay.

Good luck to you,

Is Your Site Ready For The Coming RSS Revolution?

Filed under: SEO Portal — admin at 12:50 am on Sunday, March 30, 2008

Recently, there have been many developments in the
RSS arena. Changes that will make RSS a major
force on the web and a dominant contributing factor
to your computing experience. Online marketers should
pay special attention to the RSS wildcard in
any future marketing ventures.

If you’re like the average surfer or computer
user (you’re probably scratching your head) what
the heck is RSS? Never heard of it?

‘RSS’ stand for ‘Really Simple Syndication’ and
its original acronym stood for ‘Rich Site Summary’.
RSS is basically just a simple code like xml or
html. Truth be told, many surfers who use the web
every day probably never heard of html either.

However, there is one very important distinction you
should realize about RSS — one fundamental difference
that makes it such a revolutionary element. It changes
how information is transmitted on the web, it sends
out or syndicates a site’s contents. Don’t come
to us, we will deliver.

Surfers can view the contents of your site without
actually having to go to your site! RSS is usually
associated with Blogs and Blogging because Blogs
use RSS Feeds to syndicate its contents.

Why all the fuss? Why is RSS so revolutionary?

Basically, in a very simple and practical way,
RSS changes ‘HOW’ information is exchanged on
the web. It changes how content is accessed,
instead of the surfer visiting websites and
getting the information; with RSS a site’s information
is sent or syndicated to all interested parties.

RSS has the potential to change every website on
the net into its own mini-broadcasting system.
Sending out videos (broadcatching) and audio feeds
(podcasting) to those you have subscribed to receive
this information.

Websites can now go from being a ’static’ force,
just sitting there waiting for visitors to come pay
a visit; to a more pro-active broadcasting force,
sending out content, news and information.
The implications may be enormous and far reaching.

Already, we see some major Internet and Computer
Companies gearing up for the coming RSS revolution!
Perhaps, the most significant and revolutionary is
Microsoft’s Longhorn announcement that the next
version of Windows will have RSS integrated not
only into its browser but also into their operating
system.

This will place RSS firmly into the heart of your
computing experience. It will change how you use
the Internet and it will change how you use your
computer. If that wasn’t enough, Microsoft’s new
list extensions to the RSS standard will be
under the ‘Creative Commons License’.

There is even a group offering $100 million in
RSS venture capital funding. Based in Cambridge,
Massachusetts — RSS Investors will offer funding
in the developing technology of RSS. What’s a
revolution without fuel!
www.news.zdnet.com/2100-9588_22-5778367.html

Another Internet company you may have stumbled upon
while surfing, is also gearing up for RSS. Google is
already using an xml powered sitemaps system to help
it index the whole Internet. Webmasters, can use xml
to keep their websites constantly updated in Google.

A while back, Google also bought Blogger.com which is
an online blogging system (Personal web logs or journals
where people give their take on the state of the universe
as they see it!) that also takes advantage of syndicated
feeds to distribute its content.

Google is already going ‘head-to-head’ with Microsoft
in the ‘desktop battleground’ with the release of
Google Desktop 2. Google is also finally accepting
the RSS standard by placing it in the Sidebar feature
… users can personalize this sidebar with their own
RSS and Atom Feeds. In the past, the Atom syndication
standard was favored and promoted by Google.

These are just two companies that are gearing up for
RSS. There are millions more who are starting to use
RSS feeds to broadcast their message, product or content.
RSS is a marketer’s dream. The opportunities to advertise,
promote and sell your products with RSS are endless.
More and more businesses are just realizing the enormous
potential of RSS. Real estate, insurance, tourist industry…

So what about you? Do you run a website? Are you geared
up for RSS? Are you taking advantage of RSS?

If you haven’t joined the RSS bandwagon, don’t worry, this
revolution is very easy to join. Here’s a few quick pointers.

First, set up a blog and RSS feed for your site. This
can be done within a few minutes with a no-cost system
like Blogger.com which is owned by Google. You can even
host this blog on your own site. Another system that
offers more options is the free ‘wordpress’ blogging system.
Find more out about it here: www.wordpress.org

But blogs are just one area of RSS, make sure you have
Google Sitemaps set up on your site. If you need help
with this procedure click here:
www.bizwaremagic.com/Google_Sitemaps_Explained.htm

There are other simple and easy ways to use RSS on your
site. Tags, content feeds, RSS search… Click here for
further help on the different ways you can use RSS
on your site: www.ezinearticles.com/?id=14366

Get your site ready, don’t delay. The RSS revolution is
already started.

Microsoft and Google are just two companies that are taking
advantage of RSS. You should follow their lead and start
gearing up your site for RSS if you haven’t already. The
benefits are enormous and the consequences of not having or
using RSS could be crippling to any online concern. With or
without you, RSS will change the web and the way we use our
personal computers. However, this is one revolution you
definitely should consider joining. The stakes are just too
high and besides, what’s a revolution without you?
